What you walk away with

A Sell-Kit you can act on today.

A working document, not a report card. It's plain markdown, so it travels — you can hand it to a co-founder, an investor, a business-planning team, or the developer who is going to build it.

Deal memo

One page: buyer, problem, why now, offer, price, channel. The whole idea, defensible, on a single screen.

Validation plan

The exact test to run, with the pass line and the kill line set before you start — so the result isn't up for debate.

Value artifact

The thing you give away to prove the value before you have a product to sell.

Builder spec

Acceptance criteria, what must be nailed, and what is explicitly out of scope for v1.

Three files come out of the forge, and each has one job.

…-sell-kit.md
The Sell-Kit itself. Plain markdown — send it, print it, or drop it into a chat as an attachment.
…-work-order.md
A hand-off brief written for Deliberon, our council app — it names the built-in team, chairman duty and modes to convene, so nothing has to be configured. It opens by explaining what Deliberon is and what it costs you nothing to skip. You don't need it: the spec a developer works from is the builder spec inside the Sell-Kit above.
…-forge.json
Your save file. Load it back in to pick the work up exactly where you left it.

Ten minutes, no product required

Bring an idea. Leave with a Sell-Kit.

Free, in your browser, on your own key. Type it, paste your notes, drop in a .md, .txt or PDF — or say it out loud.
