Terms of use

Free, no account, your own key. What you're agreeing to is mostly about what a verdict from a language model is worth.

A gate is an opinion, not a forecast

The eight gates are a structured interrogation run by a language model. A fail is a prompt to think harder, not evidence that your idea would fail in the market. A pass is not a prediction that it would succeed. Nothing here is investment, legal, financial or business advice, and no outcome is warranted. Founders who take a verdict as permission to skip their own research get exactly what they paid for.

Your idea stays yours

We claim no rights over anything you put into the forge or anything it produces. We never receive it. Use the output however you like, subject to your AI provider's terms.

Your key, your bill

The forge runs on your own API key against your own provider. Their pricing and terms apply, and any usage charge is yours. Keep the key to yourself and clear browser data if you use a shared machine.

Fair use

Use it, link it, recommend it. Don't scrape it wholesale, don't attempt to break it, and don't rebrand it as your own product.

What's ours

The gate design, the writing, the artwork and the code belong to us. The tool is free today and we intend to keep it free, which is an intention rather than a contractual promise.

No warranty

Offered as it is. Where the law permits limiting liability, ours for anything arising from your use of the site or the tool is limited to what you paid, which is nothing. This doesn't affect your statutory rights, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes and law

These terms change as the tool does, and the date below moves with them. Montana law governs.
